It was a great week for restaurants across the Tennessee Valley, there are no failing scores.
One restaurant at a local golf club did come close when an inspector found multiple critical violations.
Moccasin Bend Golf Club's restaurant in Chattanooga scored a 72.
The inspector found cleaner located next to food in the kitchen.
Raw eggs were seen stored about sandwiches in the walk-in cooler.
An employee was noted by the inspector to handle money and then put gloves on without washing their hands. The handwashing sink was dry when the inspector arrived.
Food in Tupperware and ziplock bags in the refrigerator were missing label.
The inspector noted a door in the dry storage area leading to the outside had a gap between the door and frame.
Once again, a 72 is not a failing score.
